@kglock no thats cap. Herbert has been throwing to Keenan Allen and Mike Williams who some would argue thats better than Hill and Waddle. He had a top 5 RB with Eckler while Tua had no run game and a defense that was bottom 5 in all categories. Herbert has a strong arm and is more durable than Tua. Tua has better pocket awareness, better accuracy, and a quicker release. Hes done more with less, we know that because Tua was playing with a bunch of scrubs his first two seasons and still won more than Herbert
