For Fury being 4-6 inches taller than most of his opponents and being 25-35lbs heavier, and for having a 5-9 inch reach advantage it really makes you realize how good Usyk actually is. Fury def got some skills but for the overall size/physical advantages that he has over opponents I feel like if he really had skills, he would be way more dominant, really borderline untouchable.
@utkarsh2746
@utkarsh2746 27 дней назад
You know most of what he does is considered "bad" boxing for an amateur? The wrestling, the holding and hitting, leaning straight back lead hand outstretched, having his knees locked stiff half the time....all bad fundamentals that should have been exposed years ago and in some ways was exposed by the likes of Otto Wallin. Povetkin would have been an extremely bad matchup in his prime. AJ and Zhang might still be.

We don't critique fury cos he can't fight we critique him cos he thinks we stupid enough to think he can even be considered a all time great, he fought a 40 year old klicthkov n ducked the rematch, got dropped by wilder multiple times, a wilder who got schooled by Parker....n now lost to a fighter much smaller and lighter than him, let alone the fact that.usyk knocked him from post to post....fury is a good boxer who can move ,his size was his only advantage , in terms of skill he's average, no where near the best around

Exactly. Have been saying this for years.
@scnbjm
@scnbjm 24 дня назад
Way to discredit him for beating an unbeaten champion for 10 years and then beating another unbeaten champion for 5 years who also knocked out everyone he faced until their match. Not to mention he was out of the ring for almost 3 years since his Klitschko win, going up 180+ kilos living a reckless life style that almost got him killed and in the span of 6 months got the balls to face Wilder. Also aside from the knockdown in the 9th his match with Usyk was very much even so claiming that Usyk schooled him just because of one round is ridiculous. Usyk proved he is an extraordinary fighter and deserved the win, but the way Tyson is getting discredited left and right is not right. Tyson is a great fighter and will go down as such no matter what happens next.
@user-ps5rl5xr7o
@user-ps5rl5xr7o 24 дня назад
@@scnbjm well beating a 40 year klicthkov in a shody match on points , is commendable but ducking the rematch is disgusting, klicthkov was no where near his best shape in the fury fight, which is why fury ducked the rematch cos he knew klicthkov would bring his a game, aj had to fight klicthkov 6 months later and knocked him out...wilder is a bum boxer by any standards..he has never beaten any top 5 boxer, and fury can box, so two average boxers going at it is going to look amazing cos they will be trading blows with weak defense, and fury is probably the biggest boxer out there so getting up from a wilder punch should not be so miraculous, when u a giant, the big guy can take a punch, so what? Considering how often he gets dropped., n it's reckless lifestyle, well it's fans like you who fund it , hence he has to sell u his greatness so you keep buying...while the truth is he's just a actor masquerading as a great boxer, an like with all actors once the movie ends so does the illusion
@johnmartin650
@johnmartin650 23 дня назад
@@scnbjm Wilder is a joke. All his knockouts were against tomato cans. If wilder is all Fury has to back his claim of being the greatest of all time then he's the biggest fraud in the history of boxing. Fury vs Vlad should have been a no contest since neither landed a clean punch the whole fight. Fury is a clown.

The staggering irony of Fury once again uttering "time to go to school" to Usyk (he said it to Ngannou before getting embarrassed), right before he received a scholarship in the ring from the Ukrainian. Gypsies don't even to go school, it's a known tenet of their culture. Makes the Usyk victory all the more delicious.

I said before the fight and way before that Usyk would do a job on Fury, as he did. The mental stage is the core, which Usyk dominated 6'6" guys and taller without any issues. I also said that Usyk beats any version of Fury, and he will. Fury can't prepare for Usyk and will never be on his skill level ever. Usyk beats them all.

What Usyk has done is equal to what iron mike Tyson did, campaigning one by one for each belt. Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis may have been undisputed champions, but they got the belts all at once from one guy like Mike Tyson and Usyk did the foot work! Fury’s behavior leading up to this fight was disgusting. And round nine was well-deserved if you ask me.

You do realise it’s the moving that lost him the fight 🤣. There is nothing Fury can do to stop Usyk draining him as he always does. Just to throw some stats at the AJ fan boys who are criticising Fury after his performance against Usyk. In AJ’s first fight with Usyk, he threw 641 punches and landed 123 (19% accuracy). In his second bout, he threw 492 punches and landed 124 (25% accuracy). In Fury’s fight against Usyk, he threw 496 punches and landed 157 (31.7% accuracy) - which shows that Fury actually had more success than AJ. Also, in AJ’s first bout with Usyk, he lost by unanimous decision, as opposed to Fury’s split decision. In the Usyk AJ rematch, it was a split decision; however, the scorecard was 116-112, 115-113 and 113-115; whereas the scorecard with Usyk Fury was 115-112, 113-114, 114-113, therefore the Fury Usyk fight was judged to be a closer contest. The two best heavyweights fought each other on Saturday night. That is why THEY were the ones with the belts; and why THEY were the ones fighting for undisputed; and why THEY were both undefeated.
