TYT MD-9600 Radio programing (Glitch) with USB Cable. USB driver and Comm port will not assign. 

Programing a TYT MD-9600 Notice when the radio is on , usb cable plugged in, then plugged into the laptop. No com port is assigned no usb driver is assigned. About three months ago this radio was programing fine. I do not understand why this is occurring. But it seems to be a hardware operating system glitch. Other radio operators have had the same problem. Many of these Chinese radios have "Knock off chips" and will not load up the correct driver. Something I wish I knew was an issue before wasting money of the POS.
