Sometime I have feeling that all videos are made in one "Pakistani Hollywood factory studio". The same actors, same machines, same buildings. The people working with metal have very clean hands. In future you will need a gas.

I like 👍 it but I think cutting oil would make this product even better.

Utterly amazing the conditions these guys work in. It would be SO easy for someone to get hurt or killed. There is little to no safety systems in place. They mostly wear loose fitting clothing that can get caught in machinery. There's not even one set of cheap safety glasses. I'm betting their accident rate is very high. It's crazy for a manufacturing shop to be set up like this.

If you moved the furnace closer to the bending machine the chap carrying them wouldn't spend so much of the day walking to the bending machine and back.

Great video just shows how labour intensive these u bolts take to make some men have harder jobs than others in a harsh environment and hard working tools and lathe cutting tools with no lubricant ... at least the quality control man has a hard time fitting those nuts

Why don't they use a stop on the rod shear? It would make a more consistent product and eliminate one man. Why don't they put a cheap control on the bending machine? That would eliminate another man. Why do they put the nuts on the rods when the nuts have to be removed before the u-bolts can be installed? So much inefficiencies.

There are many things wrong with this process of manufacture, and the final product is not good. Who would be the likely buyers of it? Experienced truck mechanics in Pakistan or elsewhere would take one look at the threads painted over, and realize that there has been poor quality control, then one try at running the nuts to the end of the thread would convince them that this suspicion was correct. I cannot imagine these items, as produced in this video, could be exported readily to other countries. Even so, the production could be improved by some attention to detail, as basically the operation of manufacture is not bad. Could the owner of this factory provide a more appealing workplace, with level concrete floor, whitewashed walls, better location of the different stages of manufacture? And provision of safety items like eye protection, safety gloves, work shoes to replace sandals? That would improve the labor relations and increase the efficiency and profitability of manufacture. Best wishes to the hard-working labor force that in spite of all turns out a useful product for their country.
