The music to this game stuck in my head for near 30 years, in fact much of the SNES games music stuck in my head for near 30 years , shame I can never return to this year's , they truly were the best
When you first hit Project 4 Fortress and you hear that bassline take you into the level, you knew shit just got real. 35yrs old and my body still tenses up on reflex when I hear it. Incredible soundtrack.
Amazing game! A masterpiece by Capcom for the Super NES. Great graphics (for the time anyway), excellent level design, responsive gameplay and a BEAUTIFUL soundtrack that brings back many memories of a time that will never return. Thank you for uploading this.
I tjink its so amazing that what REALLY made us happy brings us back to the same place 30 something years later. That is a beautiful thing! Also my faves, Final fight series, sfa2, final fantasy sagas. AND Double Dragon series. All very cool music. Now I gotta fire my emulator up! 😂😂 ❤ u guys and Merry Christmas!!
My favorite side scroller ever. Funnest gameplay, great assortment of levels, freedom to choose level order (to an extent) and of course the best music.
One of my favorite SNES soundtracks and games. It was the very first SNES game that I got for Christmas in 1991...even before I got my SNES! I still have it to this day!
Another thing I would say about this soundtrack is that it sounds VERY Super Nintendo. If you were around back in the 90's you just knew that only the Super Nintendo could produce these sounds and melodies.
A lot of this music would have fit right in on NES era Mega Man classic, and possibly some on SNES era Mega Man X as well. That is not a complaint, to be clear.
It makes sense that they sound like this. MegaMan one and two were both composed by the same people that composed this game. Manami Matsumae and takashi tateishi
Todas las canciones especialmente el intro tienen un feeling inmejorables. Cada stage con su respecta canción era una aventura que realmente te conectaba con el juego.
I found myself humming the high-pitched part of Quartermaster Corps @13:00 and had to dig deep into my childhood to remember it was from this glorious game. Long live 8-bit music.
Capcom's music really did have a very signature set of instruments in the SNES era, almost all of these tracks could fit into a megaman x game and you'd never even notice.
I use the stages ( music ) to drive my big Mack on the port . You can’t tell me I’m not flying the way I maneuver with this soundtrack playing! Awesome game ! Awesome times and I’m getting a snes and this game for old time sakes ✈️✈️✈️
Dunno how the top comments dont talk about the minks more, its like the most capcom early mid 90s snes era soundtrack sound out of any capcom 90s soundtrack
This was my only SNES Game when in was 6 years old I was the only one kid with a sistem Cause i lived in a rural área And the Game was my Life Inbeat It 3. Years after cause the cave was very dificult
"Welcome to Area 88." "A year ago, a ruthless army of mercenaries swept across the kingdom of Aslan and destroyed everything in their path. Guided by the arms dealers of Project 4, the mercenaries now control every area of the country except one. On a tiny piece of desert lies the last hope of the people of Aslan. There, in a small corner of Area 88, are the world's finest pilots, the U.N Squadron. For months, they have been waiting for the exact moment to begin their assault on the forces of Project 4. That moment has just arrived. Each pilot begins his tour of duty with $3000 in his flight account and an unlimited number of F-8E Crusader aircraft. As you destroy air and ground targets, money will be added to your flight account. This money can be used to purchase additional aircraft and weapon systems to help increase your chance of survival. And only the best survive." (From the Manual)
