✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
* Milk (दूध) - 1 Litre
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Cream (मलाई) - 1 Cup
* Saffron Leaves (केसर) - Some
* Pistacho (पिस्ता) - Some
* Cardamom (इलायची) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚, in a pan, add Ghee, and Semolina and roast it on a slow flame. Then add Water, Sugar, Cardamom Powder and cook well. Garnish with roasted Dry Fruits. In this way, Tasty Rava/Sooji Halwa will be ready.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫, in a pan add Water and Milk and boil it on a slow flame. Then add soaked Rice, Cardamom Powder, Saffron and cook well. Then add Sugar and cook until it gets thick. Garnish with roasted Dry Fruits. In this way, Chawal Kheer/Pudding/Rice Dessert will be ready.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐣𝐢, in a pan, add Ghee, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Clove, Asafetida/Hing, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, crushed Red Chili Powder, roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Water, Green Chili, Ginger, and Tomato. Cook until oil releases. Then add Potato, Peas, Black Salt, Garam Masala and Water. Give two whistels and garnish with Coriander Leaves. Serve with Poori and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐝𝐞, soak Green Moong Dal, Yellow Moong Dal for 1-2 hours. then coarsely grind them. Add grated Ginger, Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Fennel Seeds, Asafetida/Hing, and Gram Flour. Mix well and fry the Mangoras on a medium heated oil and make them crispy. Serve and enjoy!
