Episode 89 - I met a couple of avid birdwatchers in Iron County who have created a songbird sanctuary on their property with nesting boxes. It's really cool to see the inside of these boxes and the nests tree swallows and bluebirds build every year!
I chat with Jordan Hoover of the U.P. Deer Management Initiative (DMI) team to hear about his experience, the process over the past few months and the recommendations they submitted to the Michigan DNR and Natural Resources Commission.
