The civil service itself is a crime scene. They are all protocol staff appointed from within family and friends. On Ofori Atta’s return from presenting his last budget, the whole of the Ministry of Finance staff lined up outside to welcome him back to his office singing and praising him like their god! It was obvious that the whole ministry is staffed with NPP foot soldiers. Ghana is doomed if no change in ways soon by all Ghanaians!
