Used to wake up every Sunday morning on this...in Dakar Senegal when I was 6 yo in 1979. My dad had the frontline vynil. Amazing tune that's part of my DNA
The 'Front line' album got me into reggae in a big way, until I measured my album collection on the shelf by 'feet'. 🙂 I had a imperial 'yard' of reggae when I'd finished. 😊 With Front line they remixed all the tracks to make them all cleaner and with a more punchy bass. Anyway, hi to you where ever you are. 👍
Rest in peace with the knowledge that you postivly influenced this realm with your message of love peace and joy,,the legend U Roy will always live,, the Most High has you now.
U Roy has many tracks that have influenced many other reggae artists with his style and his an experience an is a valuable part of reggae music a unique talent in my opinion !☝️✌
