They are called romal reins, the romal is a whip that is attached to the reins and is used for herding cattle by whipping them. Do your research.

@@BangingMash I’m not against Biden, he did a great job to address the pandemic, but the Afghan evacuation and the border control is doesn’t make him look like he is on the top of the things. Actually it is quite incompetent. I understand that with limited resources and in the first year of his presidency in a crisis what we never face with it’s hard, he has no magic wand, but no policy is not better than a bad policy. Inaction costs lives.

If they had checked sources, especially that of border control, the photographer's statement and non-race bating Congressman and women, they would have established the truth early on. They could have also asked those in the processing facilities for the numbers of migrants with whelps on their skin or sought similar proof.

U flick the rein near the horses eye so that the horse turns in a direction u need it to. What u believe to be whipping is actually cleverly selected photographs. What u actually saw tho was a movement to steer the horse away before it knocks into someone.

These Haitians were mostly living in South American countries for years and are not (as a class) refugees as legally defined. They also speak Spanish or Hispanic because of Carribbean education and their home island neighbor.
