Actually that would be less inaccurate history and also the Greeks and Americans are the reason why Soviet won not just winter but Soviet got supplied by U.s and when Greeks were invaded there was a free Greek army

Dont get this people say the USSR was the strongest nation Back then(not saying its not) but japan beat them then america beat Japan, also people are gonna say well they had to drop two nukes so what people were gonna die from suicide anyways, plus they did thatt because the war in germany was ending so they just stopped it quicker

Had only the Soviet Union invaded Japan alone, Japan never would have surrendered. both weren't needed to take Japan, but if it was just one country in a hypothetical scenario America could have taken it better in a strategic since due to their logistical capabilities and could have just hammered Japan with with bombs and explosions until they became weakened, then a land invasion could go underway leading to less deaths for US troops. On the other hand if it was only Russia it would have been hell, they didn't exactly have the best logistics back then and wouldn't have been able to weaken Japan before a full land invasion therefore leading to more death of Soviet troops. TL;DR both helped win against Japan but if it was just 1 country going against Japan, America could have done it.

A bit of an exaggeration. The US had the immense industry and manpower to make the difference but the UK still had an empire and navy big enough to go toe-to-toe with all the Axis powers.

Kermit Boi you obviously don’t know much ab WW2 bud. We fought in the pacific theater for most of the war.(Okinawa, Iwo Jima, many more) and if we didn’t get involved, the USSR would have gotten overwhelmed by Japan and Germany and would have gotten taken over. Plus you may not know but, Hiroshima wasn’t a battle, it was a operation. Also we fought in many other wars in Europe too. Need I continue?

Joseph Stalin But the thing is Britain was barely holding on from the bombings and almost to the point of surrender. That would leave Germany, Italy, and Japan vs Russia. Also Japan probably had the most advanced aviation technology at the time. Britain was nearly crumbling from the pressure. Plus France couldn’t do anything to help really. Well I mean I guess Canada and Australia would help, but not too dynamically.
Lmao, what. There's no truth attributing to that. We were never 'pushed back' to Paris, In fact, we did really well on the European Theatre. If we hadn't joined the Soviets still would've lost at winter, stop assuming things.
