U.S. Marines with 7th Marine Regiment participate in the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command Distributed Maneuver Exercise (MDMX) Feb. 13, 2023, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. The MDMX is a new addition to the six exercises within the Service Level Training Exercise 2-23. The MDMX is designed to test the MAGTF’s operational capabilities in austere, multi-domain, offensive and defensive operations against adversaries at a regimental level.

That looks like 3rd larv....i was running retransmission sites on top of O.P. argos and O.P. round and coordinating with F.O. back in 97....best live fire range in america

Trained with 3rd LAV Bn '87-'89. Looks like the "Stumps" is still the same. Lots of good training to be had out in no man's land.

That position looks familiar!(though it is a big sandbox) I was there like 40 years ago. Whatever you do ,don't Charge out of a vehicle and step on a damn cactus! LOL Semper Fi! Yeah I'm one dumbass that did that, don't piss off the driver!

And dont run over no desert tortoise....we did back in 97, and the corp was fined 300000$ and all kinds of federal investigators were threatining us....amazing😊

Oh shit Skaggs? I remember when he was one of my ITB instructors back in 2017. Put three TQs on a dumbass that shot himself in the leg on our last FTX.
