I left a hospital in kenya and there was boxes of medical supplies all for free all for the poor with USA stamped on them. Now africans have technology, education, and medical science just to name a few, that has increased the standard of living.

Second, it creates a lot of migration issues because people run from the region to Europe and integration becomes an issue - and many of the migrants would much rather have stayed in a flourishing home nation. Third, the Europeans are being dictated to by the US and their corrupt governments too and don't like it and don't like how they're being dragged into worldwide issues. Finally, most Europeans just want to live peaceful happy lives and let others around the world do so too. They don't want to be constantly entangled in interventions in far off places, particularly at the behest of aggressive US attempts to profit. A strong Africa is good for everyone!
