U.S.S. Dauntless Departs Spacedock 

Beautiful ship with smooth graceful lines. It looks like its going fast even when it’s in space dock.

Odyssey class Starship...Very Cool.

It would be nice if there was an in game startup sequence you could do. First the nav lights and strobes come on, then the deflector dish. The impluse engines come online to help ease you out, the finally the nacelles power up.

The Dauntless was Kimble Kinnison's flagship in the Lensman series which started in the 1930's and went on through seven books.

This does an amazing job showing how much the Odyssey class differs from the Sovereign, with more of an emphasis on curving lines and organic shapes, connecting with the idea of returning to exploration, science, and diplomacy, while leaving behind the turmoil of the Dominion War and Borg incursions with a renewed since of "let's see what's out there..."

A cross between the Sovereign, Prometheus, and Intrepid classes

The Sovereign class is my favorite followed by the NX class . . . This rivals both for me! Love it. I wonder if there is a model of this class to put on display . . .

Best looking fan made ship. This should be the next enterprise. But from a far off look it probably looks a bit to much like the sovereign which may be a reason they would never use it

I had this game, a long time ago. Played it countless times.

Somewhere i heared that the gap in the middle of the ship between primary and secondary hull brings more efficiency during Warp- and Quantum-Slipstream-Drive.

I'm sorry, Can a Starship leave spacedock without the dock worker cutting the flip as she goes by?

Is this Dauntless also equipped with slipstream drive like the one in Voyager?

I didn't like. The definitive look for me is Enterprise D, except when the disc section is separated when it seems an animal head-severed.....
