Doesn't the U.S. *detain* individuals of other nationalities? Do the _detainees_ at Guantánamo Bay get "humane" or "fair" treatment? Heck, do inmates in American prisons get humane treatment? The administration might want to carefully choose what subjects to criticize others for.🙂
