I don’t flip my C shape. I just switch sides. I still get the same amount of support lol. I just push the open ends into my back. No way I’m gonna stand up and flip it and get back in 😂😂😂

Great review with useful information, like "how do I get out of bed with this thing?" I'm not pregnant, but I bought a U shape pregnancy pillow for my recovery from back surgery. Wow! I love it, and continue to use it post recovery. It feels like I'm sleeping all wrapped up in a great big hug. It's good for side sleeping and back sleeping. And yes, I've finally mastered getting out of bed!

When I bought the U shape, the cover is way too big. I had to buy padding to fill it up. Planning to return it to Amazon.
