For mine, it's the best ballad. It can mean so much, mean different things to anyone. I think it sounds more powerful when it's done acoustically on guitar and piano. The lyrics are so beautiful.

By the looks of it, the LP Custom Edge has appears to have a volute. Which would signal it is a Norlin era LP Custom. So I guessing his is a 70’s LP Custom, either ‘74 or ‘75. More likely a ‘75 cos it looks like Grover tuners as opposed to the waffle backs and no witch hat knobs. However, I believe Gibson made a replica of his original LP Custom which was auctioned off a few years ago..

Zooropa wasn't their best album, but it still had some great songs. I know they'll never play it again given Bono's age, but it would be awesome to hear Lemon again live. He still sounds great, but it's tough to go full falsetto that long at his age.
Man considering it was basically an album of B Sides out of Achtung Baby... if it came out in 2021 it would still be better than 90% of nowadays music.
Yes, Zooropa was basically a collection of songs fully written while touring. Some great experimentation. Lemon agreed; he doesn't have the same voice for high notes and falsetto. Already can hear them tuning down by a "few notes" (more than the usual -1) songs such as Pride and Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For.
After years of playing this song only with guitars and voice, to hear it full band is very moving. Actually i never liked it acoustic, I love it full band!

Dizzy Derwish I expect to have fun, and with U2, I expect to have an emotional and transcendent experience, which I do even if bono flubs a line. Also I saw them and paid $75 for GA tickets which meant I was right close to the stage, pretty darn good deal if you ask me, and a load of fun.
