The first song in the medley is the ode to the village of Lefaga. I’m sure Lefaga people around the world are very proud that a mostly palagi choir has done justice to their anthem

Why does this mainly Caucasian choir perform songs from cultures to which they do not belong. Time perhaps for some Morris dancing or perhaps some Irish or Celtic Gaelic.
A strong value of Pacific culture especially is the the sharing of culture with respect. You can see from the other comments on this video that because the choir has learnt this piece with respect and appreciation, their performance is perfectly acceptable and celebrated :)
