I don’t get some people think that just because their name on the insurance and they have right to the policy but I’m sorry it’s for the one who pay the policy.
Legally if their name is on the policy, the money is theirs as well. If the person dying didn't want the money going to that person, they should've taken the name off of the policy. It sucks but unless the person dying has a written will, there's nothing you can do.
