@@khalidsaffi but i dont have bachelors degree. Job seeker visa agr UAE ne rakha hai to inhain har kisi ko ye visa dena chahaiy infact Visit visa par job search krna is not professional and not legal.

Hello. I want to apply for job seeker visa. I have graduated 10 years back in the field of Information Technology. I am working since then in the field of IT. Can i apply for job seeker visa for UAE. And am I eligible for this visa? What documents i have to submit to justify? Thanks

Yes abhishek you can apply, you just need to justify your 10 years experience with experience letters. For documents i suggest you to watch the video again.

@@khalidsaffi Thank you for the response. But unfortunately the application has been returned one time as mentioning that number of years passing graduation is more than 2. I have resubmitted the application by attaching the work experience of all the years. Not sure if this will be approved or not. On u.ae govt website it is mentioned i can apply and not required to have graduation less than 2 years as i fall in Type 2 skill level. But in ICP services, then returned as mentioning it is a must to have graduation less than 2 years. What should i do now? Thanks

@@khalidsaffi While filling the form there is an option as Software Developer, Senior Software Engineer for IT skill under occupation. I have filled that. But ICP is not agreeing to the u.ae website eligibility criteria of job seeker visa. For them they have mentioned it is required to have passed graduation not more than 2 years. I don't understand this why they cannot give visa to experienced professionals under job seeker visa. They have nowhere mentioned for Freshers for this visa type.

@@AbhishekJain-se5tt I suggest you to go on normal visit visa and then find job there in Dubai. This is the easiest way for you

@@khalidsaffibhai apny ye dusri chain me ghlt guide kyabhai idhar bhi. Minimum two yrs recent graduation is must confition. Dont apply if you are more than teo years late graduate or masters.
