Backgammongalaxy.com presents: The Ultimate Backgammon Championship 2020 Final. Location: Tokyo, Japan. Super-Grandmaster Masayuki "Mochy" Mochizuki (Champion, Japan) vs Grandmaster Hideaki Ueda (Challenger, Japan).
Format:
The final is decided via twelve 7-point matches, where the players get 1 point for a win and 1 point for a "PR Win" (the player with the lowest error rate according to eXtreme Gammon XG++ analysis). The first player to achieve 13 points wins the championship and 5,000 euro.
Backgammon Galaxy will be broadcasting one match pr day for twelve straight days. Commentary is done by (Master) Nick Blasier and (Grandmaster) Marc Olsen.

To all the people involved in the production of this UBC, just wanna say this has been the most well produced BG event in the game's history on YT. Truly well done, and also this type of production is something BG has been needing for a long time.

Is there a way we could download the match filesd? Idf love to see the LUCK factor on each of these matches. Ueda has to have been lukcier in many of them. sure it evens out over the long run but still curious what the luck factot HAS been. Since its not posted. thanks

So so happy for Mochy to get that perfect game. Ueda needs to go to vegas with all the SUPER jokers from the roof he has had over the entire series. And I dont know why Mochy keeps leeting him get those. If you know your opponent gets super jokers stop putting yourself into those positions :p haha crazy stuff. excellent. Cant wair for the final day.
