I purchased an A8 ProMax and only ttok 8 days to get it. I was very disappointed when I fist rode it hearing metal to metal, top and bottom of the triple tree was loose about 4 mm. It sent two videos showing where the problem was located and they started sending me video on how to fix it but the language was not English. I used the videos to make the adjustments and it never got rid of the problem and in the process stripped the threads in two bolts. Yes the bolts were already stripped. They eventually sent me an email giving me authorizing a repair at a reptable shop. 20 Minutes later it was fixed and the two bolts were also replaced. Had the videos been in English I would have figured it out myself having three brother that are Certified gas and diesel Mechanics. I'm satisfied somewhat but the service was slow and the videos didn't help in the least. I love riding it NOW, lol, hell of an ebike and I do think Aniioki is the best out there. I researched for 2 months almost continually before I chose Aniioki!

I just skimmed your video, looking for areas of concern on how you load the food and strap is safely on the Ebike so the food does not spill, some guy's unfortunately never figure out a solution to this, and quit food delivery because they get too many negative comments from customers who complain about ''spilled or tossed'' food, other guys minimize the vibration from the road on the food, by just putting the food on there backs and not directly on the Ebike, have you come across such challenges on the Aniioki yet ?

Hey I do uber eats in nyc on a fly 11 it runs. 28 mph it has two battery 48v28ah which is like 48v56ah I was thinking to upstage to something better im thinking if this would last me 12 hr on a shift ? Or what I got it better and I’m thinking of getting the 52v one
