If you’re getting orders that are 7.50 for 1 mile that is 7.50 a mile.. 2 dollars a mile is what we strive for.. so if you think about it, u can pretty much take every order (that’s at least 1$ per mile) and the high priority orders will balance things out when you get them.. so for example u take 5 orders that are 3 dollars per mile and 5 orders that are 1 dollar per mile then that is 2$ per mile for those 10 orders..
I’ve been dashing, Uber and Lyft for 5yrs. I’ve been at 2% acceptance rate on DD in my zone. It just sucks sitting and declining orders all day. I’m now a TD. I also have LOP. I make great money on Doordash when it’s busy. As soon as I get back to back crap orders I end my dash, and turn on Uber rides. UE blows in my area. I’m currently at 70% acceptance on DD. I know which orders are likely to stack. Just blindly following some arbitrary mileage rules or total payout is misguided. You have to adapt to your current environment. It’s better to be moving and making money.
From my experience people with low AR gets more bad orders than good orders while above 70% I get more good orders than bad orders. Doordash punish people with low AR to keep them down there. You only need 95% Completion rate to be in LOP, don't be afraid to use some completion rate to keep your AR above 70%. Especially when we Dash a lot 100 orders will get you back to 100% completion rate quick. Also my rule is 3 bad orders in a row, I take a break.
@@justTheTip118 never happened before. Benefit of high AR you will get a decent orders. Mainly dinner. Some nights I would get 10 of 10 all good orders over $2 a mile.
@@justTheTip118 not sure if you knew but there was a day last week I think where there was a Walgreens glitch giving customers 80-90% off dashers were getting nothing but Walgreens orders and red card to pay didn't work. Imagine dropping your AR Declining like 10 Walgreens orders in a row. Not worth it. Take an hour break and hopefully issue gets fixed which it did.
@@justTheTip118 Yeah i made a video about it, some shop and pay orders i heard was going well over 600 items, like come on, you going to be greedy at least give the dasher a time that doesn't take longer than an hour to shop.
In my market, UE pays out a lot better than DD, but the orders aren't as frequent. I Stay at about 20-30% on DD. Definitely saving on gas and time compared to when I was going for TD.
Oh yea, plenty of high payouts, but show me it in your account tho, tip bait bud 😆 over and over, check, facts 💯 DD dont tip bait I dropped UE until tip baits stop after 4 of 6 baited, if they could take back the $20 tip they gave to the steakhouse waitress hours later, would they? 🤦 That money is not in your account 🤷
you get top priority, but the bottom of top priority. maybe you could try 100% so you get top of top priority. I heard you take 20 orders last 5 days with 5 unassigns to get 100% the top of the dashers.
You're making a video on how Doordash has made you one of their suckers. I understand it's lunch and the orders pay lower during the daytime, but you're taking Doortrash orders for less than $1 per mile in which some of them you are actually losing money on. Makes sense.
So far he's told us that this is more of an experiment to take on the show what's involved in being a top Dasher. I'm only 6 months into this and I'm already recognizing the ones I would take and still make it through the shift
I've recommended before to use UE when you get 2 orders in a row that are bad on DD, also not to dash during non peak hrs 2-4pm or before 11am You are doing better with taking orders that may be low, but actually bringing to better hot spots. Also you seem to notice that most times you will get stacked on lower paying orders ($1 per mile) making it worth the time. To make the most $$ in day, you definitely have to multi app and not rely on DD alone. I understand you re trying to make content using just DD, but when DD is starting to get frustrating, take a break and do UE and save your stats for when DD is busier. Maybe just show the best times to use each app and strategies how to make the most of your time while out. No app alone is going to do this ,IMO
Yeah it really does feel like I could make more money if I relied on Uber Eats more often. I've been trying to only work DoorDash for the most part but I'm sure it's hurting my earnings
Shhhhh, let the DD drivers stay on DD. Less money for us when they start using UE. $150 in 4 hours is a dream. I have to work double that just to clear $100 most days
Okay, we get the point. Top dasher isn’t worth it and you will mainly get orders under $5. Banger orders is better content than watching you deliver to no tippers. Watching you be a sucker and a slave for Tony Xu and accept orders for $1 tip or less is making me want to unsubscribe.
