Tencent planning the takeover explains why so many have been talking about Tencent forcing companies to adopt DEI. They are likely using this strategy with all the companies they have invested in to tank the price and get the entire company cheaply. Please do a video looking at the woke publishers Vs Tencent holdings.

AJ don't want to stop the Tencent takeover, they want it to go through but at a better price than what wokeism reducing it to. You read the letter but misunderstood what was actually written to go along with what you've been saying before. Please reread and take it in. They want the sale to Tencent, at a fair price, not to get rid of Tencent.

That comparison is extremely misleading. The 2024 picture is taken from an LGBTQ event at Ubisoft Montreal, seems like it was specifically for women or they got a picture with all of the women. Ubisoft MTL has thousands of employees and I guarantee that if you hosted a similar event at a company of equal size the picture would look quite similar. Also, as someone who works at Ubisoft, it’s very common to go to events from the clubs/groups in the company even if you are not a part of them. And keep in mind that the ppl in both pictures have very different jobs- they’re not all developers. Could be HR, finance, marketing, reception, and so on. Trust me, when I walk by the developers section of the studio it’s still a sausage fest lmao

I'd like to point out to you that the "tin foil hat" and "conspiracy theory" usage has been one of the most successful psyops in history. They got you to look at perfectly normal, perfectly logical things and believe that someone talking about it is "crazy." There's nothing crazy about corporate espionage, especially when there are billions of dollars in play. For reference, the psyop was to associate crackpot theories proferred by legitimately insane people or deliberately malicious actors with entirely plausible theories so that the general populace would come to see both as tin foil hat wearing loonies despite the latter having perfectly valid questions and observations. It's all designed to get you, and millions of others, to stop asking questions about the people at the top.

A small conspiracy theory: it is worth investigating whether the major sponsors behind those well-known DEI organizations are Chinese companies or companies that profit significantly from China and maintain close ties with it. Their typical approach is to use DEI to ruin games, create chaos in values, spark controversy, and eventually bring down game companies, after which Tencent steps in as the “savior.” Tencent, however, is a company that must obey an authoritarian government, making it easier for future games to incorporate pro-CCP values or avoid certain sensitive topics that the CCP dislikes. When real events change, these acquired companies could also create new sensational information to divert attention in favor of the CCP (especially on the international stage). After all, the CCP often uses such self-directed and self-acted tactics domestically in China to consolidate power, win popular support, and suppress other ideologies and speech. So maybe in the future, you will see those games avoiding "red lines" in China, change one kind of political correctness to another.

Tencent has been acquiring game companies around the world, but there hasn’t been a case where a company intentionally made their games mediocre or even terrible, allowing its brand value to collapse before being acquired by Tencent. No, when Tencent decides to buy any game company they wants, Tencent simply just throw a big big money into the company... In the past, Ubisoft almost had been take over by Vivendi. Shinmen Munisai is known while the brother (if any) is not. From there you can develop an interesting story and possibly more lore to it.
