WATCH: Enumerators in Katabi town council, Wakiso District have protested saying they will not collect census data tomorrow, citing lack of facilitation and field equipment, including work IDs and jackets. They claim they were promised Shs50,000 for daily work, but their appointment letters say that the amount is for the 10 days they will be deployed to collect data.
Some of them were seen tearing their appointment letters in protest.

Daily monitor, could u please change the title of this video, ... The main point is UBOS takes corruption to a whole new level, all the way from supplying few materials, .... Lying enumerators that they would receive 30k daily allowance, and giving them 10k, the facilitators/teachers suffered the same route chopping their daily allowance by 40% a whole 20k off the agreed 50k, so they received 30k...scripting their appointment letter with the noxious statement 50k for 10 days, instead of 50k per day, Not providing meals to employees on the last day, If thats enough, inputing in the system that everyone is a supervisor, yet in real ground, they are enumerators.... And budget sums up to a staggering 365 bn.
