UCalgary Law Mini Lecture: Environmental Impact Assessments in Canada - Highlights and "Lowlights" 

Presented by Professor David Wright, this mini lecture will introduce incoming students to environmental impact assessment law by focusing on the new federal Impact Assessment Act, noting highlights that hold promise for the future, and also noting ‘lowlights’ that set a basis for further weakness in environmental protection and further deviation from a sustainable trajectory.
