Well , no . The perfect susanoo is a power related to EMS . Sasuke and madara both awakened their P.S after their EMS . ( madara after getting izuna's eyes and sasuke after getting itachi's ) With MS , you might and can awaken susanoo . But it's not in perfect avatar . Like itachi's case . Kakashi got his limited perfect suansoo , with MS , cause of the inhancing matter of the chakra of hagoromo through obito which he lost after 5 mins after using all of obito's chakra . Hashirama cells has nothing to do with susanoo . And being indra's reincarnation too has nothing to do with it as well .. . 💯🔥

EMS is needed for it to be used consistently. An MS might allow you to hold it for like 30 seconds before going completely blind. The most powerful Susanoo that a normal MS can maintain is an Armored Susanoo. Kakashi was able to use a Perfect Susanoo with MS due to receiving some of Obito's residual Six Paths chakra.

I know the anime from long time.op, naruto and db are animes known by non anime watchers too. I heard so many saying op is there fav anime all time but it tooks so long for watching and it's reaching 1000 ep so when I'll get free time then I'll start watching it.

100% Isshiki. Madara is strong but he's only at best roughly on par with Kaguya at his absolute strongest, more than likely lower than her on the power scale. And Isshiki easily dwarfs Kaguya in all categories. Kaguya was defeated by Sasuke and Naruto at the end of the war arc as teenagers...Isshiki fought them both as well, but well into their adulthood having both leveled up in power, ability, and experience and not only not losing to them but also beating them badly. It took Naruto going into Baryon mode for him to do any damage to Isshiki and even *then* Isshiki tanked the damage, outlasted him, and would have just won straight up if his vessel didn't die out on him. Basically if Madara *at best* = Kaguya and Kaguya > Madara, and there's nothing realistically in Madara's favor that would give him any edge in the fight. I mean Isshiki literally flew up and booted an adult Six Paths Rinnegan Sasuke out of his own perfect Susanoo and proceeded to juggle his ass like he was playing Tekken...it would be a similar story for Madara.

@@Mrryn Naruto and Sasuke also just have half of Hagoromoa power (who only had half of Kaguyas Power) and only defeated her because they sealed her. Madara on his own had kaguyas entire power before dying. If he had mastered it like Sasuke and naruto did he would EASILY be above them
