all these ppl be complaining about how the setter is the reason they lost but i think its truly unfair playing setter is a really tough position everyone sees it a whoop dee doo so easy but they lost because they could not return the other teams hits thats why they lost
Maria Cruz no one said it’s an easy position. They are just stating the fact that a large percentage of passes the setter makes is not to Bricio, which is a shame because she’s the best hitter. But ofc blaming just the setter for their loss is unfair, there are many other factors.
luis i believe that girls should watch women’s vball and boys should watch men’s. the overall dynamic of the game is different, it’s easier for girls to sustain rallies, while men’s is about physicality. the men’s game shows the strength of the men while women’s shows the work. if that makes sense. i am in no way saying the women work harder than the men, they’re both amazing. but it’s hard to put into words..
Alice Pizzasegola hugging Victoria Garrick is so cute at the beginning. She definitely knew the performance stress Victoria was under as a freshman. That's a great teammate that I hope Victoria reached out to her when she was going through her struggles.
these volleyball games are really good to watch, i play volleyball for my city and for my school and this is a really good way to pick up on some techniques. i could watch these all day lol. great job to both teams even tho i’m years late to comment 😭

#2 and #4 USC are my favorites, I don't always watch volleyball, but I wanted to watch after watching Garricks vlogs (sorry if I spelled it wrong, I'm in a hurry lol, I'm missing my game)
Can y’all stop blaming Setter for the loss! Jeez, I mean, especially at the beginning, #2 played back row, and you’re always taught to set to front row so it’s obviously reasonable for the setter to set to someone who’s on front row. Plus, everyone contributed to the loss. Not one person can be the cause of a loss. They are a team, and they contribute to winning and losing as a whole.
It simple, set the ball to the one who sure to score and that is samantha, they wasted the first set. They did not pass the ball to samantha, samantha has a 90% sure to score everytime she smashed the ball. They wasted the chance to score. If i am the setter and i know that the only one player who surely score in every attack i always give the ball to her. I dont mind what the others say the most important is to win.
mga bata nakakatawa It’s not simple. The ball doesn’t always come straight to the setter so you can’t expect the setter to be able to set it to a specific person every time

They lost because samatha wasn’t given lots of balls. I’m not really a fan of playing based on only a player but if we look at the percentages of making all those chances(tosses) given to players a point Samatha is the most succesful in it.
