I believe that the compression ratio of this build is too high. same as my Honda Beat Fi V2 150cc, this engine can only start properly if the compression ratio is 13:1 or bellow (ideally between 11:1 - 12:1 but lower is better if you want better fuel economy). If I may suggest, enlarge the combustion chamber, you can achieve this by machining it or add an aluminum base bore gasket. The most important bit is always measure the combustion chambers' volume. There are tons of compression ratio calculators out there. Do not forget to Tune(Dyno, Remap) it after. I solved mine by machining a blank piston to a dish type piston, machining the cyclinder head for more room and added addtional aluminium base bore gasket. I hope this helps. What’s your build set up sir? Im also from the Philippines Planning on upgrading my beat fi v2 also(55mm bore and cams) Those who upgraded their bikes with this set up all had push starting issues(they cant use the push start) can you simply further your explanation for me to understand?(Tagalog if ever) Thanks in advance sir
