20 jumbo prawns/sungta deveined and cleaned

1 tspn blackpeppercorns
1 tbspn urad dal
1 tspn fenugreek seeds

12 red dry chillies (adjust the quantity as per you spice level)
1 tbspn coriander seeds
1 big size onion finely chopped
1 full grated coconut
1 tspn turmeric powder
1 small ball tamarind
Other ingredients
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
