भारत सरकार के इस पोर्टल और सरकारी सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के अलावा, किसी भी अन्य निजी ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन सिस्टम, सेवा, एजेंसी या व्यक्ति को एमएसएमई रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने या इस प्रक्रिया से संबंधित कोई भी गतिविधि करने का अधिकार या हक़ नहीं है।.
सूक्ष्म, लघु या मध्यम उद्यम को रजिस्टर करें
अगर कोई व्यक्ति सूक्ष्म, लघु या मध्यम उद्यम स्थापित करना चाहता है, तो वह निजी-घोषणा के आधार पर उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकता है। इसके लिए, कोई दस्तावेज़, पेपर, प्रमाणपत्र या प्रमाण अपलोड करने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।.
रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद, एंटरप्राइज़ (जिसे उदयम रजिस्ट्रेशन पोर्टल पर "उदयम" कहा जाता है) को एक स्थायी पहचान संख्या आवंटित की जाएगी, जिसे "उदयम रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर" के रूप में जाना जाता है।.
रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने पर "उद्योग रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रमाणपत्र" नाम का एक ई-प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा।
उद्यम पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया संबंधी और जानकारी
1. रजिस्ट्रेशन का फ़ॉर्म आपको उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन पोर्टल पर मिल जाएगा।.
2. उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन फ़ाइल करने के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं है।.
3. उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए आधार नंबर की ज़रूरत होगी.
4. प्रोप्राइटरशिप फर्म के मामले में आधार नंबर प्रोप्राइटर का होगा, पार्टनरशिप फर्म के मामले में आधार नंबर मैनेजिंग पार्टनर का होगा और हिंदू अविभाजित परिवार (एचयूएफ़) के मामले में आधार नंबर कर्ता का होगा।.
5. कंपनी या सीमित देयता पार्टनरशिप या को-ऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी या सोसाइटी या ट्रस्ट के मामले में, संगठन या उसके अधिकृत हस्ताक्षरी को अपने आधार नंबर के साथ-साथ अपना जीएसटीआईएन और पैन भी देना होगा।.
6. अगर कोई एंटरप्राइज़ पैन के साथ उद्यम के रूप में विधिवत रजिस्टर है, तो पिछले वर्षों में जब उसके पास पैन नहीं था, किसी भी जानकारी की कमी को निजी-घोषणा के आधार पर भरा जाएगा।.
7. कोई भी एंटरप्राइज़ एक से अधिक उदयम रजिस्ट्रेशन फ़ाइल नहीं कर सकता: बशर्ते एक रजिस्ट्रेशन में अनगिनत गतिविधियों जैसे कि उत्पादन या सेवा या दोनों को शामिल किया जा सकता है।.
8. अगर कोई जानबूझकर उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन या अपडेट करने की प्रक्रिया में दिखने वाले स्व-घोषित तथ्यों और आँकड़ों को गलत तरीके से पेश करने या छिपाने का प्रयास करता है, तो वह अधिनियम की धारा 27 के तहत निर्दिष्ट दंड पाने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा।
