@@afsutton89 Nope, I've been using jbl speakers for quite a while. I wanted to try something new. The UE is loaded with a lot of features the Boombox will never get. i don't regret anything.

@@VideosByDeb yes I think so in my opinion. It has MORE power. MORE BASS. Not that the Sony is not good, I just believe the hyperboom sounds better

here where I live is so much more expensive that they stopped selling those speakers at the Megaboom 3 - which I have six of them and now - while charging my first Hyperboom - I'm feeling excited and anxious about HAVING TO BUY another one! Oh my dog!!!

I also ended up buying it… This Thing Is A Beast!!! I Compared to Bose S1 which has some PA Capabilities, hyperboom richer - deeper base

Feel the same here. To me, the thing is that remote power on and off is a vital function I'm after when choosing a speaker. It plays a huge role in my daily use of a speaker. If I have to physically walk to the speaker to turn it on every time I use it, I'll be quite discouraged and more often than not simply stop there from using it. The remote power on and off itself alone is a breeze of fresh air, cos it makes you feel very good about having such a speaker always at your easy disposal right by your hand with your phone. So encouraging that even when I feel no desire to listen to something yet no other things to do, I will just turn it on and have a random listen. Thus, help please, other than UE, what other speakers have such a function? I have been searching and searching, but never had the luck to find another brand to give me a new choice yet. Maybe HyperBoom will be the ultimate choice without compromise in sound quality if no other brands offer such function? I've got a MegaBoom 3 but it's no where close to a good sounding speaker, not even completely better than my years old Boom. Just very mediocre. If the JBL speakers had the remote power on feature, I would have long gone with theirs.

Thanks for watching 👊🏾 I haven't used it very much because I have so many speakers I have to test all the time. However, every time I come back to it I'm still impressed with the sound quality.

In this case, The lack of USB-C is not a deal breaker for me. The audio performance is worth the inconvenience. In other products it would have been a deal breaker, but not this time

For the price, portability and versatility I would get two of these.

The partybox 310 is portable, but barely... Its a very huge speaker to carry with you Boombox 3 on the other hand, is very ez to take and still delivers crazy sound
