You know what, you can fight to be Ajax 2 or 3, one thing is for sure without Ajax both teams wouldn't have become so famous as they are now... I hate that corruption tried to destroy the club I love. Who managed this year reaching almost the final, because of badluck it didn't happen, and that with a team that costed in total spread across all the years only around 65mil and the rest was own youth, cheap o19, and transfer free. A achievement no club in history of CL has done that. Beside Ajax self. And now we are loosing best key players again, because of that bull shit corruption. If there was no corruption Ajax would have stayed nr1 without a doubt

@@doyoulikebeetroot i think really is the name, Dutch people back in the day's where very sober. So giving names to things was very easy, it looked like a big tub(kuip) so therefore de Kuip at least that is what I think. Ajax old stadium was called De Meer, because of the placement in Watergraafsmeer atleast i believe that's reason. Later Amsterdam Arena wasn't very original as well. Now with the Johan Cruyff Arena, it has a soul

But official on UCL name of 2021 Final Stadium is Saint Petersburg Stadium (on World Cup 2018 and Euro 2020 too). The name in Russian Premier League is Gazprom Arena 🙂
