I sometimes wonder if that is some visceral fat that is still stuck in there, an enlarged liver (...and I'll leave it at that), meteorims or simply due to muscles becoming loose with age. For guys who didn't know. Jones took 3 years to adjust to his own bodyweight, to gain the same speed as he was in light heavyweight. Adjusting his punches, kicks, grapplings and etc.

Bhahaaa exactly my thought too. Cyril looks like a fit heavyweight but Jones looks like a bloated and fat light heavy. Not saying he won't win but by the looks of it, one guy eats at Burger King while the other is working out.
DC=gut, Mark Hunt=gut, Cain Velasquez=gut, and so on. He doesn't look out of shape. This won't be a wipeout for either fighter. John should stay a LH imo.

Well, I guess I was wrong. Always thought Jones was a natural heavyweight...obviously by the looks of him he's not a natural heavyweight since he had to eat his way up to get there.

All these couch fighters don’t know anything about putting on weight. He’s not body building… if he put on crazy mass and only focused on bodybuilding by he’d be tight and will very much so gas out. He looks like he’s been enjoying training and eating and I can say Jones is a champion caliber fighter look at his brothers… I bet they don’t have six packs but have power and speed
Im pretty sure he was training for atleast a year. And he didnt gain that weight in just 3months. He has been working on gaining weight slowly while training.

@@striker0603 It's often caused by tightness of the femerus and abdominal muscles being too tight while the hamstrings and gluteus muscles being too week. Additionally mouth breathing has been attributed to poor posture as it will cause you to lurch your neck in front of your body, further throwing off your spine. The fastest way to get rid off pelvic tilt I can recommend in is breath through your nose, workout your neck, do stiff leg deadlifts to strengthen your ass and hamstrings, and massage your legs and lower abdomen to lossen up the muscles.

DC relied on his technical ability. Jones relies more on physical attributes. He relied a lot on his height which he can't do now which makes his stand up game even worse. I think we all agree Gane is the superior striker by far. But can Jones take Gane down and if he does, can he keep him down. He had difficulties keeping Reyes down who is not as big as Gane. Reyes kept popping up.

jones obviously hasnt been training hes gonna get smashed first round early second he couldnt even look the man in the eye its already over jones been playing the play station to much so this is just one of danas cash cow fights one trained and one untrained fighter shit match up im only in it to see jones get knocked out
