I am not fan of Sean and I hope Costa wins but what you said is true. Sean in many people's eyes beat DDP and he should be getting his rematch. Instead Sean will fight Costa (who just lost to Whittaker but already talks about title shot after this fight lol?) and Izzy (who got punked out by Sean) will get undeserved title shot...I hope DDP Ko's Izzy but sadly I think he might get caught like Pereira with his reckless style...

Forgot how much I was pissed at the duplessis decision. It was close yes but you don’t become champion without a decisive win. …his face was a mess, And he hasn’t fought since,……not even talk of him fighting either. Not a good decision. Though I cannot wait for this Costa fight…….but I really wanted to see the chimaev fight. Think costa would have taken him!.

Ofc it just had to be one of those decisions where they treated the challenger like the champ, much like Cejudo and Mighty Mouse 2nd fight. Sean easily won the fight but DDP did just enough optics to steal a couple rounds. UFC pulls this shit when it's someone they don't want as champ.
