When you work in the fight industry, Ariel found out, as a fight journalist/reporter that its easy to make a name if you tick people off. He instigate fights in a manner that is not directly to the fighter but indirectly and in a context that when a fighter in mention hears what Ariel said... fighters are real easy to get pissed and frustrated of what was said. Its a mix of Ariel's looks, vocal and demeanor that makes fighters tick because he doesn't sound genuine and Ariel knows it pisses fighters off... draws the name for himself and that is an employable individual and a perfect talent to be in the fight industry.
I actually like Helwani. He got blackballed from the UFC when he started reporting on fighter pay. UFC fighters get 15% of the total UFC revenue while most sports average average around 50%. Dana saw it as a threat to his personal wealth and has had a vendetta against Helwani ever since.

You have to be careful what you say to whom in the fight business, especially when you can not defend yourself physically. One punch or hard slap to ariel's nose could give him bad problems for years to come. Come on Ariel, control yourself a bit more. I like you because you are smart and knowledgeable but don't risk your life to hype yourself as a fight reporter.
