#UFC fan-favorite Derrick Lewis will make the main event walk once again this Saturday at #UFCStLouis, and will do so against a surprising opponent in Rodrigo Nascimento. Will Lewis end the night with another memorable celebration, or will the emerging Nascimento play spoiler?
#MMA Fighting's Mike Heck, Jed Meshew, and Alexander K. Lee preview this weekend's UFC Fight Night event, as well as the main event matchup between Lewis and Nascimento. Additionally, the panel will discuss the co-main event matchup between Joaquin Buckley and the dangerous Nursulton Ruziboev, if Buckley has the most to lose on the entire card, other matchups that might be flying under the radar, plus answer viewer questions at the end.

This Ruvziboev analysis is so bad, he’s a 185er who hasn’t fought at this weight class in 3 years, he’s 7-6-1 at 170 where his best win has come against a 20-25 regional guy

Always bringing up Jiri & Hill vacating... That was their choices. Jiri did it out of respect at the time, but Jon is not Jiri. Jon has a huge reign, albeit not perfect with an IC win & suspensions, & is a double champion. Why vacate? Would Jed or Mike vacate? After winning the HW UFC belt, would they say, "Nah, I don't want to be promoted as HW champ my next fight, let the next guy get that". I'm tired of it. This has been going on longer now than UFC 300 slanter & it's stale & boring. Just talk about current fights.

Jon's is a plastic belt earned against Gane, a weaker fighter than Aspinall or Pavlovic. Aspinall's is the real belt. Jones legacy is in light heavyweight and now he wants to fight Alex, another light heavyweight. Jon will never beat Aspinall, Pavlovic, Volkov or Curtis. When Jon saw Aspinall step to him in the UK, Jones visibly shrunk before our eyes. Now he talks down to Aspinall to avoid the match. Tom will keep winning while Jones pretends he's injured (even though he was recorded tackling rugby players down in Australia, proving that he is no longer injured), eventually Dana will force the Aspinall vs Jones bout, and suddenly Jones will retire. Jon will retire with his plastic belt, but at least his light heavyweight legacy will be intact, apart from his losses to Dom Reyes, Alexander Gustafsson and Thiago Santos.

How’s about writing it on the whiteboard as “F.A.R.T.S.” (With periods after each letter) so new people know it IS an acronym, even if they do need to listen very closely to learn it stands for Fights Above Replacement Tussle Score (I think), whatever the hell that means.

This show is as usually most about how crappy all ufc shows are. What about the lower ranked fighters are they never going to fight? If we are going to have only title and contender fights on all cards.

Jon Jones is doing this intentionally to make Tom feel not worthy. Also to make fans that are crying about him not fighting Tom.. smart decision from the goat. If Tom fight Gane and lost, no one would be saying Jon is scared to unify the belts and must fight the interim. If Pavlovich KOd Tom, fans would say Jon was scared of Pav. People are desperate to see him lose 🤣🤣
