People don’t realise how good Jan is at checking leg kicks. Imo he is the best at it in ufc. Dude broke so many legs of those who tried to kick him. Don’t understand why people never give him the credit for this
His defense is very good, he hardly leaves openings but his offensive blitz is extremely good as well, I also love how he finishes with that body kick. He's a master of the fundamentals.
@@loganwheeler1734 true. He played football for a long period of time. There’s another great example of the guy who changed the sport to evolve in boxing- Lomachenko. His dad stopped his boxing career at 12 i think and made him take dancing classes for a couple years. It played a huge role in his footwork. Jan did football too, makes sense why these guys have an awesome feet control.
Age didnt really fck up Tony its the taken damage, he didnt take a proper time to recover from Justin beating(or maybe the damage was permanent already) but on top of that u are right, now the age it catching up too, i would be surprised if he gets W against Paddy, but still rooting for him.@@lennylennington

Već kad previše treniraš a malo se oporavljaš mišići se brže razvijaju od tetiva i ligamenata koji to sve drže. U ovom slučaju puko ligament što drži koljeno.
