I just want something with the gameplay of FIFA and the career mode depth of FM. FC24 is at least somewhat of a step in the right direction with tactical visions and coaching staffs, as well as player managers for PCM, but it still lacks a lot and leaves much to be desired.

There are so many micro-transactions in fc 24, it could easily be free to play.

To be honest, I'm excited for UFL, I can see the battle of UFL and EA SPORTS FC for years to come, especially if FIFA concedes making their own game and instead provides support behind UFL to try to knock out EA SPORTS FC. But I think Goals will be the real winner here, just because it's doing what no other soccer game has tried to do up to this point: make something that doesn't compete with FIFA. You may think having official players in your game would make it automatically better, but imagine the emotes/celebrations you can make a fictional character do/get away with? Imagine how it would look on the actual players if there was a "SMD" goal celebration or a "devil horns" celebration- in Goals you can do that. Not to mention the unlimited customization that you can have when you don't have to worry about including certain brands and team logos in the game and how they would feel about certain choices. It may take awhile, but I can see Goals being a dark horse in this race, especially if they can get the gameplay on the level of the other two.

My main question is are we going to be capable of giving them the time to work on any issues after release? As a fan of the FIFA games from before EA became true money grabbers, I just want to see a well-balanced game. One where they actually focus on the development of the gameplay, rather than just prioritising the game mode that attempts to reach into your pocket at every given opportunity. Also, please say that either of these will have better goalkeepers, eafc24 goalkeepers are terrible and I feel just as bad scoring against them as I do when I'm scored against. Watching them flounder around is just awful.

people like me will soon suffer immensely and I say this because sooner or later even EA will end up no longer having single player modes (career modes) the new generations of gamers only focus on multiplayer games, whenever news is released about some game there is always someone asking to add multiplayer modes... For these and other reasons, the games of yesteryear were more fun than the games of the last 20 years...

Okay I just have to say it if no one will... But Goals doesn't look like it's gonna be in the competition at all💀 And why do all these comparison video always compare it to EA FC like Efootball isn't a thing💀
