Thank You Nabe for taking us inside the super market ,indeed the prices are more expensive than in the West!! , But also iam sure the local market is very cheap ,and the more people stay away from supermarkets ,they will be healthy!! As the rule any food got a label don't eat it !!! Thats famous biscuit (with the letter O ) is banned in Europe !!!. Cheers 🙂👋👋👍👍

Thank you for your comment! Yes that’s true, local markets are very cheap so local people usually buy from there I didn’t know the rule… Why is that biscuit banned in Europe??

Thank you for your comment! It depends on the city! Gulu city is very safe! but capital city, Kampala is a little bit dangerous at night… Generally speaking, it is fairly safe compared to other African countries!
