There’s the tuition reimbursement policy too that so many companies offer to their employees as a form of career development and motivation but people don’t care about it. I have exploited that with my company and trust me, it feels so great finishing school in the US without a debt!!

This gentleman has spoken my mind, its not difficult to achieve whatever you set your mind too ku bulaya. However, you have to be focused and there are sacrifices. Okusoma ku bulaya tekusala naye abantu baffe abamu just want to chase money working more than one job on a minimum wage. Moreover singa bagenda nebasoma they can progress to better paying roles working smarter NOT harder!
You right people prefer to chase money rather than balancing work and study. I never wanted to get older in UK by doing odd jobs. That was my first target. Plus a good job gives you good pension. Thanks for the show farouk

Just a humble opinion here.keep the interactions light,that is what has worked for you all along,if you want to discuss more serious issues it is fine,but you will have to put in the effort to educate yourself a little better so that you can ask the relevant questions and control the conversation better.as opposed to having a redundant conversation that is neither entertaining nor enlightening...there was so much potential with this interviewee
