I'm happy you enjoyed it Janay! I'm happy to share these moments with you. My hair had a mind of its own, but I tried to work with it haha. Thank you for watching!
Haha I love it too!! It's a 'sad' song we were dancing to, but it honestly lifts some of the heaviness of loosing grandma in some way. It's upbeat and mentions many good things about her. & Yes this was that trip. Not another one.
This was a beautiful vlog, so rich in culture, celebration and appreciation for each other. The family fellowship was so entertaining, what with the singing and dancing of everyone, especially the cousins doing the synchronized dancing with twisty feet! 😃 I loved every bit of the scenery and people. Tabitha, your family may comment on you putting on a little weight, but nothing takes away from your beauty and elegance. Please be comfortable in your own skin as you are well-proportioned and a nice size. You are exactly who and what you were meant to be at this very moment. The enemy spends so much effort tearing us down and causing us to loathe ourselves. Rememember you are the beloved daughter of God, the apple of his eye! I also really admire your beautiful, regal Mom!
Thanks April! Glad you enjoyed it. Those guys dance so well. They are super talented. They aren't cousins, neither are they related to each other, but brothers in Christ for sure! Thanks for the encouragement about my weight. I haven't felt like myself for a while but have learnt to love myself while knowing I am a work in progress. Actually, the weight comments don't usually come from family members. In Uganda, it's not considered rude to call someone fat or tell them they have gained lol. It's just matter of fact conversation. At first I used to get offended, but now I just let them know that in other cultures, it is considered rude to tell people they are fat. Once again thanks for all your encouragement and I pass the compliment to my mum 😃
Your gonna loose all that weight eating organic food. Also in UG gaining a little weight is a positive 😉 When the man said entebbe you can't get a plot, the way you and your mum said oooooohhhh! 😂 you can get a plot in ebbs you just need to find the right people to help you. It's not impossible.
Yes organic Ugandan food will do the trick. I always lose weight whenever I spend time in Uganda. Of course gaining weight in Uganda isn't a big deal, and most times a good thing if it isn't too much, lol but people will always comment 😅 I think I agree with your point about knowing the right people to help get a plot!! 😃 My mum and I were listening intently 😅
