Who does ambassador Popp think he is? Indigenous solutions for Uganda, not Popp solutions from who knows where! Uganda is a sovereign state, his interference in our internal affairs is uncalled for! Uganda needs partners in food security, housing, infrastructure, etc not lessons in democracy, we have our own version which works just fine to ensure a just peace and long-term development. We want stability and development for Uganda, East Africa and All of Africa, preferably without undue interference of an overzealous diplomat who has clearly overstepped his mandate.
Then you have a listening and comprehension problem.....He doesn't compare himself to museveni but he puts him forward since he is the omega& alpha of Uganda only that he is a good student of history which is useless in practical and pragmatic politics.
