HI sir, memory access time low for registers.. and then cache, then main memory, then secondary memory, they asked to order it from low to high so the option 2 is correct.
Memory access time(low to high). I have doubt in because the access time is low means the register memory is closer to process so obviously, the regiter memory access time is less. Hence the should be, register, cache, MM, SM.ie. Option B is right.( If am right)
