I really liked that reaction and having the other guy (who is obviously a fan as well) was cool. I love hearing musicians talk about that side of it being a musician myself and Warning being my favorite band in 25 years.
Dany is sponsored by Manson guitars and Rick Toone. Thanks I was a great reaction, is good to hear to talk about gear and equipment from those that know about, I don't konw anything about.
Tis video is from a November, 2018 concert. Ale (the bass player) has grown 4-5 inches taller since then. She is a Spector Bass featured artist and has her own signature bass "Golden Thunder" coming out in the Spring. www.spectorbass.com/artist/
You guys need to watch Ale play in their basement/The cave. Where she picks the strings and gets the sounds out of her bass. That young lady has powerful fingers making magic. 🤘
That is a top of the line Manson guitar, with built in effects (hence the extra knobs and switches). I am not a gear junkie so I have no idea what specific effects are baked into it.
That Mason guitar came with a patch that you can touch to make effects....in danny's case she pull it off. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-K3XQVFbURZc.html
If you like Pau’s (the drummer) voice, then check out “The End” from the Lunario concert. She plays keyboards instead of drums - because she can. She does have a great voice.
Dani was sponsored by Manson Guitars (Owned by Muse frontman Matt Bellamy). She had a Manson MA-25, it was offered as a reward in a Kickstarter campaign as was Ale's white Spector Euro IV. Ale has since received a Spector USA Custom 5 string and is about to launch her own Alejandra Villarreal Signature Spector Bass. It is unclear if Dani has gotten a new Manson, however before recording their new album in Sept 2020 she did receive a new Rick Toone 22 fret flat black with brushed aluminum neck Spearfish... and of course both Ale and Dani are sponsored by Orange Amps and use Line 6 Helix effects boards...
@@GregPourciau She has three Rick Toone Guitars... The red sunburst Spearfish, the beach wood Spearfish Moby Dick and the new 22 fret black and aluminum Spearfish...
@@MaddogJones Becaus I saw a photo where Dany has the Rick toone guitar and manson guitar, and in the web page of the band manson is still mention as a sponsor.
The girls stated on their Vlog (#23) that *"Ugh"* went into about 20 complte different versions. Two of these other versions of *"Ugh"* became two other songs *(The One / The Sacrifice)* on the *Queen of the Murder Scene* album. Plus another legend story told of *"Ugh"* was their father told them to finish the song. Hence the name *"Ugh".*
This song has the best back story. Every time their father asked them how it was going with writing this song they would reply "Ugh" and the name stuck
Definitely in my top 5 Warning songs. Such savage riffs. Dany's guitar is a Manson, I forget the model number (M-25 maybe). This was November of 2018, their album release show.
Nice one guys! This song really has a great groove going between Pau and Ale. And Dany's guitar work is excellent. Love Dany's solo with that Manson! Great tone.
Well done, I love how you just fallen deep into The Warning hole. So many reactors get impressed by these young, strong women. Yet, once you get to know them, they become loved like friends.
That Manson has the Sustainiac in the bridge, hence the additional controls. You can hear it used in the background of The End, at least on the album version.
Btw and fyi the song is called Ugh because that's how they felt about it when they wrote it. They worked on it for a long time and were really unsatisfied with it until they finally got it the way they wanted it. They joke that half of the other songs of the album came out as a byproduct of their efforts on this song. 😅
"The One" and "Red Hands Never Fade" I think ? And yes they wanted to sack it but there dad Luis told them they should keep working on it but kept there name for it.
Dany canta.toca la guitarra y puntea, esto se lo he visto a 2 o 3 Rockeros y no mas ,un gran musico Dany y el bajo de Ale como le da cuerpo a la cancion
Great reaction guys! Dany's guitar that you are talking about is a Manson MA-2S guitar with upgraded Psychopaf PF-1 Humbucker in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan Cool Rails in the neck. She really doesn't play this one anymore because it's too heavy to play for an entire concert (same thing with the Les Paul she used to play). She's switched to a custom Rick Toone Spearfish with a shorter neck. I'm sure others in TWA will correct or add as necessary!
Might that be a Manson guitar? She sure knows how to play it! Her voice was a little rough but, playing in Mexico City and the set they do will do that. #3 soon.
Also she’s improved her voice since then, and has learned better how to manage it to avoid strains. But her emotion is the best thing, and fortunately she’s still got that!
It’s the MA Evo, in dry satin black. Loaded with an internal Fuzz Factory and Sustainiac system. Hey, when you gonna do Danys Home by Cavetown cover ya promised?
Great reaction guys, always love Durty D and his breakdown of technical knowledge, even shit I don't know, and I've been playing since the 70s,but Magz picked up on Ale's knarly bass playing, she is definitely got it going on like Steve Harris from Iron Maiden, but here I go again,I still prefer the sound of her Fender (even if it was a short scale)...Good drop today guys.
