Meme we discussed in Day9's discord: Play Helm of the Host. Play Statue of Bolas. Use Creator Karn to make Statue a creature. Equip creature. Opponents spells now cost X more where X is the number of turns they are willing to keep playing.

You can exile cards from the grave with Urza's Tome and then get them back with Karn, Creator

hey man, great stuff found you from this vid trying to build something similar. One thing tho the game audio sounded kind of off i was hoping you could somehow make the game sound more clear. Almost sounds like game audio is coming through you actual mic.

Fun deck and if optimized it looks like it could be very competitive. Some ritual of soot or other board wipes could be very good. Maybe phyrexian scriptures, or the blue saga that finds you artifacts.

24:35 you could play the -3 of Tezzeret take a fountain or and artifact in your graveyard with 3 mana cost or less cast it free due to affinity then have 4 artifacts to play karn and get the combo out.

Nah only creature and planeswalkers spells have affinity for artifacts, it would be way too strong otherwise.

I've watched you a few times and I can't decide if you are either blind eyeless Tom Cruise or stoned Tom Cruise. Either way the amount of time your eyes are visible is inadequate.

against the vannifar deck, wouldn`t it have been better to play the guardian to fight the amalgam to be able to play ugin? this way you could at least deal with their vannifar and make 4/4s after that.

Well at least you were honest about this list loosing 1 out of 5 games. Sadly these plainwalker wombo combo lists are terrible because you don't have any room to run your stables. Single target removal, counter spells, and board clears, no slow control deck can win consistently without these basic tools. A play set of fog a lot of the time won't be enough, that's for sure.

So 0 mana guardians of kolios can you combo off with sai and keep bouncing guardians and playing them and make infinite thopters and win with tezzeret

I'll give you a like but you should have built the Infinite combo Tezzeret with Sai Master Thopterist.

@@alexbevan2183 You need Sai, Master Thopterist and at least 5 artifacts. Play Tezzeret Master of the Bridge, then Karn the Great Creator for free. Minus your Karn get Guardians of Kolios from your sideboard. Play it for free, bouncing Karn. Replay Karn and minus again to get a second Guardian of Kolios. Now you repeat bouncing Guardians of Kolios and with Sai out you can get infinite thopters also Tezzeret can make your opponents lose infinite life and you gain infinite life.

This deck is best played in a Dimir Control shell.Going Esper with it is a possible alternative but Esper control is already a better deck imo.

Jhoira would mean it would have to moving into Red Splash, which frankly isn't really worth it. We're splashing into Dimir as it is.

This is nice but I feel like mine is better and more true to Ugin. Its a true ugin deck as its mostly colorless minus the blue control and its capable of creating cannon fodder for the sake of planeswalker protection topped with bricking and shutting down an opps field. You also need god-pharoahs statue.

Different names. The planeswalker uniqueness rule got dropped in Ixalan. Now all planeswalkers are just legendary.
