Any ideas about restoring rubber on flywheel? I have 3 tape recorders with very bad flywheels.

Use 60 glycerol and 40 white spirit. Watch the time to get it just right.

@@HowardJohnstone there is the pit in the rubber ring- it was engaged for last ~30 years. And now it jumps at that point.
