Is UHK better than Charles HK?

It is actually UK, which means "Univerzita Karlova", in translation Charles University and Charles University is seventh most prestigious school in the whole Europe. And in fact it is one of those older schools out there, which Charles University was built by Bohemian emperor Charles IV. in the medieval. It is just way better than UHK. :)
