To be honest, I really don't get it. You are showing a 12% discount on every single card, but it shouldn’t be like that. From a marketing point of view, you should highlight the discount on the specific one you want to sell more. Again, from a UI point of view, if the offers are the same, you can remove them and highlight a 12% discount on every plan and you should have also added a radio button in my opinion on cards.

Not agree at all. What if 12% discount is applicable to all the plan. It's repeating but subtle so that it provides information but doesn't distract the user. Adding radio button on top of another button doesn't fulfill design heuristics and it'll bring unnecessary cognitive load to user mind. The button has to be big enough for tap and it should consume multiple information and also should look intuitive on responsive screens. That the whole idea. Don't think as a marketer, think as user who's going to pay for your service after looking at such designs.
