Sure. Many of the new build have gorgeous interior however they are build with poor materials. After some time things do fall apart a lot. It's advisable to get old brick homes and refurbish to your taste. You could also break the walls etc. But in new builds you can't break the walls etc. Generally many builders will advice you not to go for new build. That's why many new build have like a 5-10 years warranty for repairs.
No. I don't think they are built with poor materials. After all old houses were once new builds. Before you buy a new build, you pay for a survey. If the materials are of poor quality, it will fail the survey
@@agapeemekachiemenem5421 please don't give out wrong advise. All these newbies in the UK! I'm not talking from guess work! I'm talking from experience and as a property owner! Thank you. Feel free to take my advise and do your own research! Or ask people who work in property development! Thanks please note that many old houses are made with concrete compare to new houses which are not!!
That last room was the master bedroom with master en-suite (the one with the bath tub). As all the rooms had ensuite there was no family bathroom. Its a beautiful house
What do u mean UK HOUSES are not so big? Where do you conclude that from? Look on Rightmove at period properties, especially Victorian and see the floor plan sizes. New builds tend to be small.
